Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Partnerships Manager, based in Noida. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic alliances with partners to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include identifying new partnership opportunities, overseeing account management, negotiating agreements, and working collaboratively with internal teams to align on strategic goals. The role also requires monitoring partnership performance and contributing to long-term strategies for maximizing value from these relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Strategic Partnerships and Partnerships management
• Proven expertise in Account Management and building lasting professional relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities
• Solid Analytical Skills to evaluate partnership opportunities and assess performance
• Work experience in business development or partnership management roles, preferably in SaaS or eCommerce industries
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience working in fast-paced, result-driven environments is a plus
