Key Responsibilities
- Own end to end Compensation MIS, analytics, and reporting, covering salary, bonus, incentives, promotions, and cost dashboards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain high standards of data quality, integrity, governance, and audit readiness across all compensation databases.
- Manage compensation operations, including payroll inputs, referral payouts, variable pay data, salary corrections, reconciliations, and post payroll validations.
- Partner with global stakeholders and proactively manage escalations to ensure timely resolution of compensation related issues.
- Drive insightful analytics and reporting that support business decision making and leadership reviews.
- Drive annual salary increments and bonus provisioning in line with compensation guidelines and budgets.
- Continuously improve reporting processes, automation, and data frameworks to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Lead and support central compensation projects as required across the organization.
- Work across multiple geographies (India and other regions), supporting global compensation requirements and timelines.
- Lead and mentor a team of 1–2 members, ensuring clarity of roles, effective delivery, and capability development.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of overall HR experience, with strong hands-on exposure to Compensation, MIS, and Analytics.
- Proven experience in compensation MIS, salary data handling, dashboards, reconciliations, and analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, validations, reconciliations); working knowledge of Power BI / Tableau preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, with a high focus on data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global environment.
- Experience in mentoring or managing small teams is preferred.
- Ability to balance operational execution with analytical insights and continuous improvement.
