In this vital role, you will serve as the point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repairs, guiding them through the service process with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your experience, combined with excellent customer service skills, will help bridge the gap between our skilled technicians and valued clients, ensuring satisfaction at every step. Duties

• Greet customers warmly, listen to their concerns, and accurately identify their vehicle needs.
• Write detailed service orders, including auto estimating and a wide scope of repairs on high line vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with technicians regarding diagnostics and repair procedures to ensure timely completion of services.
• Upsell additional services or maintenance based on vehicle inspection findings to maximize customer value.
• Manage payment transactions accurately while maintaining transparency and integrity throughout the process.
• Provide clear explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance options to customers to facilitate informed decisions.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven service advisor background in a professional automotive environment.
• Experience with auto service management software is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor.
• Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and transparency.
• Familiarity with automotive repair procedures is helpful but not required.
• Prior experience in service writing or automotive service sales is preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
