Role Overview
In-person sales role focused on generating leads and closing deals for residential exterior services. You will be assigned to active job sites across Ottawa and speak with nearby homeowners to offer our services.

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Must live in Ottawa
- Strong communication skills and ability to listen
- Punctual, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- No experience required (sales experience is an advantage)
Compensation
- 100% commission-based (no base salary)
- Typical performance:
- Month 1: 4–6 sales
- After ramp-up: 15–20 sales/month
- No cap on earnings
