At Etihad Town, we are expanding our global presence and seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Sales – Canada to lead our Etihad Town sales operations, strategic alliances, and business growth initiatives within the Canadian market.

Position: Head of Sales – Canada

Industry: Real Estate Developer

Experience Required: 08 –10 Years of Real Estate Background

Note: Should be a Canadian Resident

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall sales function for Etihad Town in Canada, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and generate high-value investment opportunities.
  • Manage and grow direct sales, broker networks, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, real estate agencies, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive business development initiatives to identify new markets, partnerships, and customer segments.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing sales teams to ensure consistent target achievement.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with applicable Canadian regulations while effectively promoting Etihad Town’s real estate portfolio in Pakistan.

Requirements

  • 08 - 10 years of Real Estate sales leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets and leading large-scale sales operations.
  • Strong experience in direct sales, channel sales, and broker/dealer network management.
  • Exceptional business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working within the Canadian market and managing B2B sales partnerships.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Sound understanding of international real estate investment sales; knowledge of the Pakistan real estate sector will be an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident, eligible to work full-time in Canada.
