Healthcare accounting and compliance manager

Accounting Manager - NABH Accredited Hospital, Loni Kalbhor, Pune

Lead the accounts department at our NABH-accredited hospital in Loni Kalbhor, Pune, ensuring robust financial operations and compliance in a high-volume healthcare environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee all accounting functions including budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, and cash flow management.

Ensure compliance with NABH standards, GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements for hospital finances.

Manage accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, audits, and cost control for clinical and non-clinical operations.

Lead a team of accountants, providing guidance on financial processes and performance metrics.

Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements, MIS reports, and support management decision-making.

Coordinate with hospital administration for insurance billing, patient revenue cycles, and vendor payments.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

CA, CMA, or M. Com with 7+ years of experience in hospital accounts/finance; 3+ years in leadership.

In-depth knowledge of NABH financial compliance, Tally/ERP systems, and healthcare accounting (IPD/OPD billing).

Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, GST filing, and audit management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Preferred: Experience in NABH-accredited facilities and familiarity with Pune healthcare regulations.
