This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for a Customer Service Representative in the Inbound Voice Process. The primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through efficient communication. The associate will provide personalized service and foster positive customer relationships, ensuring a professional and empathetic customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and handling client interactions smoothly
• Strong verbal communication, problem-solving abilities, and active listening skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage responsibilities independently
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered
• Previous experience in contact center roles is a plus
