Job Title: Communications Executive –Content Development & Design

About The Role

We are looking for a creative Communications Executive to strengthen the organisation’s visual communication and digital content campaigns. The role involves designing engaging communication materials across digital and print platforms. This position requires creativity, organised functioning and the ability to work collaboratively with program and communications teams.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Design & Creative Development

• Design communication materials across digital and print platforms including social media creatives, campaign assets, posters, invitations, pamphlets, banners, and donor engagement collaterals.
• Create digital first creatives including carousels, reels, graphics, story formats, and platform specific visual assets.
• Capture photographs and short videos during field visits, events and program activities for storytelling and documentation purposes.
• Edit videos including subtitles, transitions, overlays, and formatting for social media.
• Maintain consistency in branding, layouts, typography, and visual identity across all communication materials.
• Prepare artworks and print ready files while coordinating with printing vendors when required.
• Support website and digital platform updates including banners, campaign visuals, and basic layout elements.

Content & Communication Support

• Coordinate with program teams for content collection including photographs, videos testimonials, stories, and field updates.
• Manage documentation and organisation of communication assets for internal and external use.
• Assist in planning and executing communication campaigns and events
• Contribute ideas for digital engagement and audience outreach.
• Stay updated with emerging communication trends, digital formats, and AI enabled creative tools.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital communications, photography, videography or multimedia content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong photography and videography skills
• Familiarity with video editing tools, with basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation
• Working knowledge of Canva and social media design formats.
• Strong understanding of design principles including typography, layout, colour balance, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and work within timelines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Familiarity with website platforms such as WordPress or similar CMS tools will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Experience in the education, skilling, or development sector will be an added advantage.

Remuneration range is Rs.30, 000 – Rs. 35,000 (CTC) per month, depending upon skills and experience. It will include PF, ESI and other benefits as per rules.
