Job Description: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager who will serve as a strategic liaison between our organization and clients while ensuring successful Project Management. This role combines technical project management expertise with solid client relationship management, requiring regular client visits and coordination across multiple business units to resolve operational and contractual matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when needed
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
  • Ensure quality standards and best practices are maintained throughout project lifecycle

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Conduct regular client visits to understand business needs and maintain strong relationships
  • Present project updates, status reports, and strategic recommendations to clients
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and service expansion
  • Handle client escalations with professionalism and urgency
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with Business Unit (BU) leads to align project objectives with organizational goals
  • Coordinate with project-specific Project Managers to ensure consistency and best practice sharing
  • Facilitate resolution of billing discrepancies and invoicing issues
  • Address service delivery concerns in coordination with technical teams
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations
  • Act as an escalation point for operational and delivery challenges
