Senior Accounts Executive Financial Reporting

You will be responsible for managing financial reporting, finalization of accounts, IND AS compliance, and taxation functions in a fast-paced IT/technology solutions environment. Your role will involve overseeing inventory accounting and stock controls, considering the companys IT distribution and cloud business model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual closing of books of accounts.
• Prepare standalone financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow statements.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records in compliance with applicable standards.
• Ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) & AS.
• Handle accounting for complex transactions including revenue recognition, leases, financial instruments, and provisions.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors for quarterly/half-yearly limited review and annual audits.

Qualification & Experience:

• MBA (Finance) / B.Com/ M. Com with relevant experience.
• 48 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in IT distribution, telecom, or technology sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, accounting, and Accounts Finalization.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP or similar).
