Position Summary

The IT Support Specialist will support the IT Manager in maintaining and enhancing our infrastructure, user support, and systems integration.

Tasks / Duties / Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Assist in managing Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and SaaS platforms
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes, including device setup and account provisioning
• Monitor and maintain security systems, including camera and access control platforms
• Participate in IT projects such as BYOD, ERP evaluations, and SharePoint site development
• Document procedures and contribute to IT policy updates
• Collaborate with departments to improve workflows and resolve technical challenges
• Maintain and organize IT assets and asset list

· Capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining quality and efficiency

• Familiarity with network troubleshooting and basic cybersecurity practices

• Positive attitude in dealing with challenges

Education, Experience, and/or Certification Requirements

• 2+ years of IT support or systems administration experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based tools
• Experience with network cabling, fiber, and Wi-Fi standards is a plus
