Position Summary
The IT Support Specialist will support the IT Manager in maintaining and enhancing our infrastructure, user support, and systems integration.
Tasks / Duties / Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist in managing Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and SaaS platforms
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes, including device setup and account provisioning
- Monitor and maintain security systems, including camera and access control platforms
- Participate in IT projects such as BYOD, ERP evaluations, and SharePoint site development
- Document procedures and contribute to IT policy updates
- Collaborate with departments to improve workflows and resolve technical challenges
- Maintain and organize IT assets and asset list
Skills / Abilities / Attributes
· Detail-oriented and highly organized
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Self-motivated and dependable
· Capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting and basic cybersecurity practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude in dealing with challenges
Education, Experience, and/or Certification Requirements
- 2+ years of IT support or systems administration experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based tools
- Experience with network cabling, fiber, and Wi-Fi standards is a plus
