Senior IAM Administrator (USC Preferred)

Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Senior IAM Administrator. The primary responsibilities include designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to support the organization's security infrastructure. The Senior IAM Administrator will oversee user provisioning, role-based access controls, and compliance with security policies. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting issues, analyzing security protocols, and collaborating with other teams to enhance system security.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of identity and access management solutions, including technologies like IAM frameworks, directory services, and federated identity systems
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols
• Knowledge of security principles, role-based access control (RBAC), and regulatory compliance frameworks
• Proficiency in scripting and automating tasks using tools like PowerShell or Python
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting complex IAM-related challenges
• Ability to work in a collaborative and remote environment with effective communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or any IAM-specific credentials are preferred
