Job Description

The Associate will support the management of real estate developer portfolios by coordinating compliance requirements and assisting in execution of RERA-related services. The role requires a foundational understanding of real estate projects and strong coordination skills.

Understand client projects including type, approvals, and timelines

Support execution of RERA compliances (registration, extension, updates, etc.)

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and submissions

Track compliance timelines and follow up for timely completion

Assist in client communication and query resolution

Prepare basic reports, trackers, and compliance summaries

Key Performance Indicators (KPIS):

Timely completion of assigned compliance tasks

Accuracy of documentation and submissions

Effectiveness in follow-ups and coordination

Adherence to timelines and internal SLAs

Quality of reporting and data management

Skills & Competencies:

Basic understanding of real estate and RERA

Strong coordination and organizational skills

Good communication (written and verbal)

Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Additional Information:

Entry-level role with exposure to multiple real estate projects

High learning curve in compliance and regulatory frameworks

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Management, Engineering, or related field)

2–3 years of experience in real estate / consulting / compliance preferred

Exposure to RERA is an added advantage
