Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Actor Model role based in Panaji. The Actor Model will participate in auditions, rehearsals, and scheduled shoots or live events, following direction from producers, directors, and creative leads. Daily tasks include learning scripts or scenarios, practicing lines and expressions, posing for photo or video shoots, and adapting performances to different formats such as commercials, digital campaigns, and live promotions. The role involves collaborating closely with makeup, costume, and technical teams to ensure readiness for each performance or shoot. The Actor Model is expected to maintain a professional appearance, arrive punctually, and respond constructively to feedback to continually refine their performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated performance skills, such as acting, modeling, or stage presence, with the ability to express emotions and narratives convincingly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with directors, crew members, and fellow performers.
• Ability to take direction, memorize lines or cues, and adjust quickly to script or schedule changes.
• Comfort working in front of cameras and live audiences, including posing, movement, and improvisation when required.
• Professional attitude, punctuality, and reliability, with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Availability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings or weekends, depending on production needs.
• Prior experience in acting, theater, modeling, advertising, or media projects is preferred but not mandatory; a showreel or portfolio is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of on-set etiquette and familiarity with photo/video shoot environments is beneficial.
