Access Control & CCTV Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on ELV Technician with strong electrical capabilities to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low-voltage systems. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in electrical cable laying, system integration, and on-site execution of security and safety systems. This role demands a proactive individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively on projects across diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Alarm Systems
• Perform electrical cable laying, routing, termination, and labeling in accordance with industry standards
• Interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system schematics accurately
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of installed systems
• Troubleshoot faults in electrical and ELV systems and ensure timely resolution
• Ensure proper earthing, cable management, and adherence to safety practices on site
• Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, and clients during execution
• Maintain documentation of installations, service reports, and system configurations

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience in electrical works, especially cable laying and terminations
• Practical knowledge of CCTV systems (IP & Analog), Access Control Systems, and Fire Alarm Systems
• Ability to use electrical testing tools and instruments effectively
• Familiarity with structured cabling standards and installation best practices
• Good understanding of safety norms and compliance requirements
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail

Qualifications & Experience

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
• 2–5 years of relevant field experience in ELV and electrical installations
• Experience working on commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred
