Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata for an Operations Maintenance Manager for East India Region. The role involves overseeing daily operations and maintenance of water management systems, ensuring seamless performance, and troubleshooting operational challenges. The manager will also lead and coordinate teams, manage projects, and maintain strong client relationships to meet performance goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations Management and Maintenance to ensure plant functionality and optimized performance
• Proficiency in Project Management to execute and oversee water management projects effectively
• Strong Team Management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate team members towards common objectives
• Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Problem-solving abilities and a strong understanding of water treatment systems and IoT-driven solutions
• Mandatory Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred with 5+ Years of Experience
• Prior experience in water management or infrastructure industries is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
