Job Description
As a Project Coordinator at Enfinity Global, you will be responsible for working alongside the Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of wind projects. Your focus will be on ensuring timely delivery within budget and schedule, while maintaining high quality, health, safety, and environmental standards in alignment with Indian regulatory requirements. This role will involve coordination with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders, as well as risk mitigation in the dynamic Indian renewables market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans for wind projects, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Oversee project execution, including coordination of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) activities, quality control, and safety measures.
- Coordinate with development, procurement, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress using tools like MS Project or Primavera, conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks such as weather delays, supply chain disruptions, or policy changes, and manage change orders effectively.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and handover documentation to senior management and clients.
- Manage contracts and claims during the construction phase and secure all necessary permits and approvals for project completion.
- Coordinate with the site construction team to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in the Indian renewables sector (experience in EPC or IPP highly desirable).
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale wind, solar, or hybrid projects.
- Experience with hybrid solar-wind or battery storage integration.
- Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, MS Office, and Power BI for planning, scheduling, and project management.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, scheduling, risk analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a minimum of 60% travel to project sites, primarily in Rajasthan, Gujarat, Karnataka, or as per project site conditions.
