- 13 years of experience in live chat support, customer service, or technical support.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and concisely.
- Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with accuracy and calm.
- Basic technical knowledge of software, login issues, system configuration, or device troubleshooting.
- Experience with CRM platforms, chat tools, or ticketing systems.
