  • Collaborate with technical teams by relaying accurate information and following up on escalated cases.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate chat records, issue summaries, and follow-up notes in the support system.
  • Share product updates, features, and best practices with customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Contribute to the improvement of FAQs, scripts, knowledge base articles, and support documentation.
  • Stay updated on Enervas products, new system features, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 13 years of experience in live chat support, customer service, or technical support.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with accuracy and calm.
  • Basic technical knowledge of software, login issues, system configuration, or device troubleshooting.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, chat tools, or ticketing systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
