Job Description

Energia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Counselling Psychologist to join our team. The role involves working closely with children across various schools in Mumbai, as well as collaborating with parents, teachers, and school staff to support students’ emotional and psychological well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counselling support to children in school settings
• Travel to different schools across Mumbai as required
• Work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and school authorities
• Take detailed case histories and maintain accurate documentation
• Implement appropriate psychological interventions under guidance
• Work jointly with senior professionals at Energia

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in counselling psychology
• Experience working with children
• Willingness to travel within Mumbai
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment

Preferred Skills & Interests:

• Interest in learning and applying new approaches and methods
• Exposure to or willingness to learn:
• Cognitive Psychology
• Working with gifted children
• Supporting children with special needs
