Responsibilities

- Visionary Leadership & Team Coordination: Spearhead dynamic teams to drive innovative design solutions, ensuring exceptional quality and impactful outcomes
- Engineering Innovation: Collaborate with technical staff to develop winning, highly technical, engineering proposals
- Strategic Project Mastery: Orchestrate projects with precision, delivering on time and within budget
- Financial Stewardship & Performance Insight: Navigate project financials with confidence, providing clear insights and ensuring optimal performance at every step
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Forge lasting partnerships, acting as the trusted liaison to guide projects to success and exceed client goals
- Business Growth & Opportunity Leadership: Drive growth by identifying new opportunities, shaping compelling proposals, and fueling future success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering OR PMP Certification and 10 years' applicable experience
- I&C Design Engineering experience with the modification and implementation process, calculations, specifications, etc. in power facilities
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in the nuclear or power industries as an I&C Engineer or Project Manager
- Professional Engineer Licensure strongly preferred
- Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes
- Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills
- Effective communication skills with demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teams
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites
- Ability to travel between 10-15% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs, ranging from a few days to a few weeks
Salary Rage
USD $105,400.00 - USD $170,000.00 /Yr.
