About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and outgoing Territory Sales Representative to join our team and grow our reach throughout Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to take initiative, build strong relationships, and be a key player in driving regional growth.
What You’ll Do:
· Build relationships through cold-calling, follow-ups, and in-person site visits.
· Develop a strong understanding of Weyer’s athletic flooring products and installation systems.
· Identify new project opportunities in schools, gyms, fitness centers, and athletic facilities across your territory.
· Organize and manage your territory with consistent outreach, data logging, and lead tracking.
· Visit project sites to meet clients, understand their needs, and represent with professionalism.
· Support the sales process by preparing accurate documentation, proposals, and quotes.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and satisfied customers.

· Experience in sales is needed.
· Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
· Confidence making cold calls and connecting with new contacts.
· Professional demeanor and a self-starter mindset.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regional travel.

Compensation & Benefits:
· Competitive base salary range of $50,000 - $65,000.
