Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role based in Ballalpur. The Bartender will oversee day-to-day operations at the establishment's bar, including preparing and serving beverages according to recipes, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar, and ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include monitoring inventory, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with food and beverage safety standards. The Bartender will work in a dynamic environment, requiring teamwork and attentiveness to provide a welcoming customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bartending and preparation of a variety of beverages
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a positive guest experience
• Experience in handling Food & Beverage service and operations
• Ability to perform accurate Cash Handling and transaction processing
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in food and beverage operations
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience as a bartender or similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
