As a Sales Executive in our company, your role will be to initiate and generate sales within Ghaziabad, Noida, and nearby locations. You will work towards building a strong revenue base by engaging with both existing and potential clients.

- Provide inputs to the marketing and product research team to build strategy.
- Contribute towards organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.

- Understand clients' requirements and create a sales funnel.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate product presentations to clients.
- Organize meetings with prospective buyers and suggest properties best suited to them.
- Follow up with clients and handle objections.
- Demonstrate products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management.
- Have excellent communication skills and be highly confident.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

- Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience in Real Estate.
- Very good business communication skills in English & Hindi.
