Position: Executive - Events Operations
Profile of the Company: A 10 year old, corporate event management agency, servicing a premier clientele
Location: Goregaon East
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations for corporate events, including conferences, seminars, product launches, and other corporate gatherings.
- Coordinate with various departments within the agency to ensure timely delivery of client projects and services.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell agency services to existing clients and new prospects (outreach through networking, calling and mailing).
- Handle client enquiries, requests, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and client competitors to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of experience in event operations management, specifically in corporate events.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple events simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality events within budget constraints.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and problem-solve in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
