We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Direct Marketing Manager with strong experience in lead generation, cold calling strategies, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading direct marketing initiatives, managing lead generation teams, and driving business opportunities through outbound marketing strategies. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to optimize marketing channels to generate high-quality leads and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement direct marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and business opportunities.
  • Lead and manage the lead generation team, ensuring consistent performance and target achievement.
  • Oversee cold calling campaigns, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting initiatives.
  • Identify and connect with decision-makers and key stakeholders in target organizations.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through continuous follow-ups and relationship management.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead conversion and campaign alignment.
  • Monitor and optimize lead generation channels for improved performance and ROI.
  • Ensure proper usage and maintenance of CRM systems to track leads, interactions, and conversion metrics.
  • Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team targets for lead generation and meetings scheduled.
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new marketing technologies.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in direct marketing, lead generation, and outbound sales strategies.
  • Ability to manage teams and drive performance-based results.
  • Experience with cold calling campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track campaign performance and optimize strategies.
  • Target-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.

Experience Required

  • 4–8 years of experience in direct marketing, lead generation, inside sales, or outbound marketing.
  • Experience managing B2B lead generation campaigns and marketing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience using lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or ZoomInfo.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and outbound marketing campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
