Senior Executive - Financial Planning and Analysis

Role Overview:

You will be the FP&A Senior Executive responsible for delivering accurate financial analysis and profitability insights by scrutinizing General Ledger (GL), preparing Deal-level P&Ls, performing reconciliations with SAP, conducting Order-to-Cash (O2C) reconciliations, analyzing Product P&Ls, and supporting Zero-Based Costing initiatives through PR / PO / GL dump analysis. Your role will involve independent ownership, strong analytical capability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and support informed business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently analyze and review various aspects of General Ledger (GL) to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Prepare Deal-level P&Ls and perform reconciliations with SAP
• Conduct Order-to-Cash (O2C) reconciliations, including reversal entries
• Build, analyze, and interpret Product P&Ls to drive performance insights
• Perform PR / PO / GL dump analysis to derive costing insights and support Zero-Based Costing initiatives
• Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) with 78 years of relevant experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting roles

Desirable Qualifications:

• MBA (Finance preferred) with 45 years of relevant experience

Key Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in reconciliations and GL scrutiny
• Ability to independently manage complex financial analyses
• Proven experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders and teams
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / SharePoint and other reporting tools
• Hands-on experience and strong comfort working with SAP
