Inbound Call Centre Representative
Directors' Choice is expanding, and we're looking for dedicated Call Centre Representatives to join our collaborative, in-office team. In this essential role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for numerous funeral home accounts, providing a vital bridge between the homes and the families they serve. As a Call Centre Representative, your daily focus will be managing a high volume of incoming calls with a consistently polite, professional, and compassionate demeanor. Beyond providing a supportive ear, you will be responsible for the meticulous entry and verification of information within our systems. By ensuring that every message is recorded with absolute accuracy and relayed promptly, you provide our clients and their customers with the peace of mind that their needs are being handled with the highest level of care and detail. No prior experience is necessary; we provide a robust comprehensive training program within a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.
Qualifications
- A welcoming voice and an upbeat, professional tone.
- Strong command of the English language, including excellent spelling and grammar.
- Proficiency in a Windows-based computer environment.
- Ability to type 35 words per minute or more.
- Excellent attendance record.
- Availability to work one weekend day.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and be 18 years of age.
Compensation
$17.00/hr

Shifts
- Full-Time - 40 hours, 8-hr shifts
- You must be available to work evenings, a weekend shift, and holidays
- Training starts Monday, April 13th for three weeks, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
