Supportive Case Manager Position Available

Join the Good Shepherd team as a Case Manager, focused on delivering housing support and counseling services. The successful candidate will manage client cases, conduct assessments, and implement schedules to evaluate quality of life improvements. This role requires adaptability and a strong understanding of the issues affecting vulnerable populations. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain an individualized caseload
• Conduct thorough intake and assessments for residents
• Create interview schedules for quality evaluations
• Uphold client confidentiality at all times
• Comply with health and safety regulations Requirements:
• Degree in a related field is required
• Understanding of gender-based violence issues
• Experience with intake procedures preferred
• Willingness to obtain C.P.R. certification
