Finance Manager / Assistant Controller

As an experienced Finance professional, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, and monthly/annual close. Your role will involve ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports. You will establish and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and audit readiness. Additionally, you will drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in partnership with leadership, ensuring compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements. Your coordination with auditors, advisors, and cross-functional stakeholders will be crucial in supporting financial planning aligned with Embarks GCC growth strategy. Identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
• 58 years of progressive experience in finance and controllership roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Experience in consulting, services, or scaling organizations is an advantage.
• High ownership mindset with attention to detail and ability to operate independently.
