SAP Procurement - MM Specialist

Summary: This role focuses on optimizing procurement processes using SAP technologies, particularly SAP MM, SRM7, and Ariba, driving efficiency and compliance in procurement activities within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support business and process experts in improving the current procurement processes and tools.
• Monitor and support SAP Account Payable applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Support end users and maintain technical documentation.
• Coordinate with external managed-services providers.
• Deploy and enhance the Account Payable IT landscape.
• Identify and implement enhancements to procurement applications.
• Run projects related to application deployment and development.
• Design and test IS solutions, collecting and analyzing functional requirements.

Must Haves:

• 5 years of SAP SRM7, MM, FI-AP configuration or support experience.
• At least one full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation experience.
• Solid experience with SAP SRM7, MM, especially MM-IV - Logistic Invoice Verification.
• Knowledge of interfaces between SAP modules: FI, CO, PM, SD.
• Experience with LSMW, IDOCS, SAP Query & Interfaces.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Readsoft and Ariba.
• Project management experience in an international environment.
• Ability to read and understand ABAP code.
• Experience with S4 Hana.
• Prior experience in IT procurement jobs.

Other Details:

• Location: Primarily CET, with on-call responsibilities outside of IST working hours.
• Interaction with Global Business Services and IT experts.
