About the Role

Join Ellis House LLC as a Nursing Assistant and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients in Montgomery County. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality home care services, and we’re looking for passionate individuals to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Provide care to residents who are unhoused.
• Help clients with mobility and physical exercises.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Document care provided and ensure compliance with care plans.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Prior experience in home care or a similar setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move clients as needed.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a commitment to quality care.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
