Position: Hair Dresser Cum Trainer
We are seeking an experienced, skilled, and passionate Hair Dresser Cum Trainer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in hair services, a professional approach to client care, and the ability to mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional hair services including Haircuts, Hair Coloring, Styling, Hair Spa, and Advanced Hair Treatments
- Provide expert client consultation while maintaining high service standards
- Train, guide, and support junior hairdressers and salon assistants
- Ensure hygiene, discipline, and adherence to salon SOPs and quality standards
- Contribute to overall team performance and customer satisfaction
- Promote salon services and retail products effectively
Requirements
✔ Minimum 2–5 years of salon experience
✔ Strong technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in hair services
✔ Prior training experience or leadership skills preferred
