Onsite in Cincinnati, OH
The Senior Digital Product Designer will collaborate with product, design, engineering, and cross-functional partners to shape the next generation of a commercial mobile application for our client. The role will drive user-centered discovery, information architecture, and high-fidelity prototypes using design system standards and Figma. The designer will advocate for accessibility, usability, and responsive best practices while aligning user needs with business goals and technical constraints. The work will extend through implementation to ensure experiences are intuitive, consistent, and valuable for customers.

Rate: $55.00 to $65.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities
Work with user experience team members to research, concept, and design intuitive experiences that simplify complex functionality.
Create recommendations in the form of site maps, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interaction-based prototypes for project initiatives.
Support user research activities, including usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and user interviews.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to advocate user needs, understand business goals and technical capabilities, and move forward customer-centric strategies.
Work with development through implementation to ensure the desired user experience is carried through.
Cultivate and share knowledge and best practices with peers and collaborators.
Experience Requirements:
Design system adoption.
Figma.
Native mobile design experience.
Prototyping skills beyond Figma (preferred).
Universal Design for Accessibility (preferred).
Ability to own and articulate design decisions.
Basic understanding of agile product development.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exposure and training in Design Thinking principles and methodologies is advantageous.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools including Figma and Creative Suite.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus.
Expertise in usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
Experience identifying opportunities, mentoring across teams, and working iteratively with feedback.
Education Requirements:
BA in Design with concentration in Experience Design, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field, or relevant certification in Design.
