PPC Specialist / Google Ads Specialist

As a Google Ads Strategist at our AI-driven performance marketing company in Chennai, you will be responsible for designing and scaling Search, Demand Gen, and Performance Max campaigns. Your role will involve guiding Google's automation, structuring accounts for faster machine learning, defining audience signals, managing spend effectively, and continuously experimenting with new features and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and scale Search, Demand Gen, and Performance Max campaigns
• Guide Google's automation through clean data, strong signals, and strategic constraints
• Structure accounts to help machine learning learn faster (conversion quality > volume)
• Define audience signals, asset strategies, and creative inputs for Demand Gen & PMax
• Actively manage spend, exclusions, and inefficienciesAI still needs supervision
• Use performance data to test hypotheses, not just report numbers
• Continuously experiment with new features, betas, and AI-powered workflows

Qualifications Required:

• 36 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Demand Gen, PMax)
• Strong understanding of how Google's AI & bidding algorithms actually work
• Experience working with conversion modeling, value-based bidding, and attribution
• Comfort using AI tools for analysis, ad copy ideation, and experimentation
• Ability to balance automation with human judgment
• Willingness to work onsite from our Chennai office
