Salary: $75,000.00–$85,000.00
As a member of Element’s media team, the Paid Media Specialist plays a vital role in delivering measurable business impact through strategic, data‑driven paid media execution. This role works collaboratively to translate strategy into high‑performing, multi‑channel digital campaigns across search, social, and display platforms. By leveraging insights, testing, and emerging tools, the Paid Media Specialist ensures campaigns are optimized for performance and aligned with client and organizational goals.
The ideal candidate combines technical skill with strong attention to detail, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is passionate about using data to drive smarter marketing decisions.

What You’ll Do
Assist the Paid Media Strategist with the implementation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.
Manage and execute paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
Set up and continuously monitor campaigns, including targeting, bidding, ad copy, creative assets, and landing page alignment to maximize conversion and ROI.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to refine targeting strategies and enhance paid search performance.
Launch ads and pull performance metrics from platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others.
Track timelines and deliverable due dates to ensure smooth review and approval processes for campaign launches.
Implement and maintain conversion tracking to ensure accurate and reliable campaign performance reporting.
Maintain and update reporting dashboards.
Support weekly and monthly performance reviews with the team and clients.
Create and manage asset specification sheets for internal and external use.
Collaborate with designers, media vendors, and cross‑functional internal teams to ensure flawless campaign execution.
Participate in creative kickoff meetings with the Accounts Team to ensure asset development aligns with campaign objectives.
Assist with media asset deadline management and delivery.
Support monthly media credit card reconciliation with accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in managing media software tools, platforms, and schedules.
Create and oversee media campaign calendars to support planning and execution.
Test new tools, technologies, formats, and approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Perform general media administration tasks as needed to support the team.
What You’ll Bring
1–3 years of experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (social media management tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads).
Experience working with campaign management tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
A passion for digital advertising, data, and performance optimization.
Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Comfort working in fast‑paced environments, collaborating with cross‑functional partners, and supporting multiple clients.
Curiosity and a willingness to test, learn, and evolve with the digital media landscape.
