Titan Ag is an Australian based producer and supplier of crop protection products located in Newport on the Northern Beaches. Titan formulates its products locally in Australia as well as with overseas partners and its alliance with Elders strengthens its ability to offer the best customer service for rural customers, across a wide-reaching national distribution network.

We are now looking for the next generation to be part of something big and drive the future of Elders.

The Program:

The Elders Crop Protection Program is a two-year graduate program, specifically designed to launch your career as a crop protection expert, a trusted role providing developing and managing the pipeline of products to support wider agricultural industry.

The program provides exposure to product development lifecycle, R&D and product testing, supply chain management and compliance, broadening your skill set and knowledge across Crop Protection and the agricultural industry.

The learning journey will start in WA for the first 6-12 months, with a long-term focus and placement to our NSW locations.

The program will set you up with the skills and experience needed to transition into a permanent role by the end of the program.

What you can expect:

  • Comprehensive Learning: Access structured learning experiences, including industry-leading training and trials.
  • Hands-on Experience: Work alongside experienced crop protection experts, supporting product development strategy and implementing product management plans to build practical skills.
  • Diverse Exposure: Gain broad experience across projects, products, and technologies, while working with our overall network to understand business operations.
  • Career Growth: Develop key skills in research, marketing, relationship management, decision-making, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management—preparing you for a successful career in agriculture.
  • Networking and Collaboration: Connect with peers and build a strong network across industry experts, suppliers, and farmers.
  • Support and Mentorship: Receive ongoing guidance from experienced leaders, gaining valuable insights to support your career growth.

About you:

  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Applied Science, Agricultural Science, or related discipline, completed in Australia within the last 3 years.
  • Demonstrates a strong passion for crop protection and a genuine commitment to supporting rural communities and growers.
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives on challenges, seeks continuous growth, and goes above and beyond to excel in agronomy.
  • Builds strong, trusted relationships through excellent communication, providing clear and practical advice to farmers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Adaptable and open to change, with a willingness to learn from diverse product development practices and embrace development opportunities across Australia
