It’s an opportunity to step inside a high-end design studio and gain real exposure to how thoughtful, large-scale projects are executed from concept through completion.

At Elana Designs, our Studio Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in the business. From procurement and tracking to client communication and internal organization, this position touches nearly every phase of the design process.

It requires someone who is highly organized, exceptionally responsive, and able to think ahead. Someone who takes initiative, follows through, and understands that the smallest details often have the biggest impact.

For the right person, this role offers a clear path into the operational side of luxury residential design, with strong potential to grow into a full-time position over time.

Hybrid role based in the DMV area.
