About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and professional Salon Therapist to join the team at Ekyana Wellness. The ideal candidate should have experience in beauty, grooming, and salon services while maintaining excellent hygiene, client comfort, and hospitality standards.

The role requires someone who is passionate about beauty, wellness, self-care, and creating a premium client experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesSalon Services

• Perform salon and grooming services professionally and hygienically
• Services may include:
• Facials & clean-ups
• Hair spa treatments
• Head massage
• Manicure & pedicure
• Waxing & threading
• Basic skin treatments
• Body polishing/scrubs
• Bridal or event grooming assistance (if required)
• Recommend suitable salon treatments and products based on client needs

Client Experience

• Welcome clients warmly and maintain a premium experience
• Ensure client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction during services
• Maintain polite, professional, and well-groomed conduct
• Handle client queries and service recommendations confidently

Hygiene & Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of salon stations, tools, and treatment areas
• Sterilize equipment and follow sanitation protocols
• Ensure proper setup before every appointment
• Monitor stock levels of products and consumables
• Follow operational SOPs and safety standards

Team Coordination

• Coordinate with front desk and management regarding appointments
• Work collaboratively with other therapists and staff
• Participate in staff training and skill development sessions

Candidate RequirementsQualifications

• Certification/Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or Salon Services
• Minimum 1–3 years of salon experience preferred

Skills Required

• Knowledge of salon and beauty treatments
• Good client communication and grooming standards
• Understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices
• Soft-spoken, presentable, and professional personality

Reporting To

• Salon Manager / Operations Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Panchkula, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
