About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and communicative individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate handling live web chat interactions for an Australia-based client. This is a full-time, non-voice role based in Chennai, ideal for candidates who excel in written English and are looking to build a career in international customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries promptly and professionally through a web chat platform
- Deliver accurate, well-written responses in English while following defined support workflows
- Document customer interactions and maintain basic records using MS Word and MS Excel
- Meet quality benchmarks and adapt to process updates as needed
- Coordinate with team leads to ensure consistent service standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Basic proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends (two rotational weekly offs provided)
- Must be available to work from our Chennai office (in-person role)
- Immediate availability preferred
Educational Qualification
- Any graduate (No prior experience required — freshers encouraged to apply)
Compensation
- Take-Home Salary: ₹12,000 per month (fixed, in-hand)
- Total CTC: Up to ₹16,000 per month (inclusive of Provident Fund contributions and performance-based incentives)
Incentives are based on individual performance and quality scores assessed monthly.
