As a motivated Junior Architect / Interior Designer at Eighty8 Studio, your role will involve supporting design development, working drawings, and 3D visualisation for residential and commercial projects. - Prepare detailed working drawings, GFC drawings, and execution sets
- Develop 2D drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details
- Create 3D models and high-quality visualizations for presentations
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and site execution teams
- Incorporate revisions and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations
You must have advanced proficiency in the following software:
- AutoCAD for detailed working drawings and execution documentation
- SketchUp for 3D modeling and design development
- D5 Render / Enscape for producing high-quality, realistic renders for client presentations
Candidates are required to have strong, hands-on experience with the above tools. Profiles lacking proficiency in these will not be considered.
