Technical Sales Engineer — Raipur and around.
EIBC Pvt. Ltd. is an authorised distributor for NSK, Schaeffler (FAG/INA), THK linear motion products and Trelleborg seals, and a manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders. We are expanding our field sales team and looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to grow our business in Raipur and the surrounding industrial belt.
What you'll do
- Manage, retain and grow a portfolio of existing OEM and end-user (MRO/maintenance) accounts in your territory.
- Identify and develop new customers across automotive, general engineering, cement, steel, pumps, machine tools and process industries.
- Provide technical and application support — product selection, competitor cross-referencing, basic load/life sizing, and on-site troubleshooting.
- Achieve monthly sales and margin targets; manage your pipeline, forecasting and order follow-up.
- Coordinate with our principals (NSK, Schaeffler, THK, Trelleborg) for technical support, RFQs, samples and pricing.
- Track competitor activity and pricing; feed market intelligence back to the team.
- Follow up on payments and keep receivables healthy in your territory.
What we're looking for
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or a related field.
- 3–4 years of field/territory sales experience in ideally in bearings, power transmission, electrodes, seals, hydraulics, linear motion, pumps, motors, machine tools, cutting tools or fasteners (any one is a strong fit).
- Comfortable with daily travel within the territory; two-wheeler/car and a valid driving licence.
- Fluent in the local language plus working English; basic MS Office / CRM.
- Self-driven, customer-first, and able to talk to maintenance, purchase and design teams with equal ease.

- Direct exposure to any of our brands or their competitors (SKF, Timken, NBC, NRB, Bosch Rexroth, Parker, Eaton, Rollon, Hiwin, Igus, Gates, Fenner, etc.).
