Role Overview:

Looking for an experienced Property Manager to handle leasing, occupancy, client management, and expansion in the East Pune commercial real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive leasing to ensure minimal vacancy across offices
• Manage client requirements and day-to-day property operations
• Track and manage agreements with clients and property owners
• Maintain strong relationships with owners and tenants
• Identify new clients and onboard them
• Source new properties for business expansion

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in commercial real estate leasing
• Strong knowledge of East Pune market
• Good negotiation and client management skills
• Ability to handle multiple properties

Compensation

• ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month
• Performance-based incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
