Role Overview:
Looking for an experienced Property Manager to handle leasing, occupancy, client management, and expansion in the East Pune commercial real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive leasing to ensure minimal vacancy across offices
- Manage client requirements and day-to-day property operations
- Track and manage agreements with clients and property owners
- Maintain strong relationships with owners and tenants
- Identify new clients and onboard them
- Source new properties for business expansion
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in commercial real estate leasing
- Strong knowledge of East Pune market
- Good negotiation and client management skills
- Ability to handle multiple properties
Compensation
- ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives
