Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals for the role of Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in the Import division. The primary responsibility is to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for the import of goods from China to India via Sea Freight. This role requires an understanding of international trade, strong customer relationship skills, and a passion for driving growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development & Lead Generation:
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients for the import of goods from China to India.
• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients in the import/export industry
• Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct thorough market research to understand current market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
• Monitor of
• Analyze sales performance and identify new sales opportunities within the import sector, particularly via sea freight.
• Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our import services, focusing on Sea Freight from China to India.

• Organize and participate in marketing events, trade shows, or webinars to generate leads and create brand awareness.
• Coordination with Operations & Logistics:
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth coordination of sea shipments, customs clearance, and port operations.
• Assist in preparing shipping schedules, coordinating with shipping lines, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Customer Relationship & Service:
• Offer guidance and assistance regarding customs documentation and trade regulations between China and India.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships, leading to repeat business.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client databases in the CRM system.
• Track and report on sales activities, performance, and progress toward targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Sr. Executive: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales/marketing in the import/export industry, especially in sea freight.
• Executive/Trainee: Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
• Familiarity with sea freight logistics, international shipping, and customs clearance is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in importing goods from China or dealing with sea freight operations
• Problem-solving
