Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at EduBridge Learning, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters to achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets. Your key responsibilities will include owning end-to-end hiring processes across multiple locations, optimizing sourcing channels, conducting regular reviews to track progress, maintaining dashboards for key performance indicators, building a strong candidate bench, standardizing screening and interview processes, and collaborating with business leaders for proactive hiring planning.

To be eligible for this role, we are looking for candidates with a background in Staffing, RPO, Skill Development, Training, or Vocational Education. You should have strong experience in high-volume, frontline/non-tech hiring and hands-on experience in hiring for various roles including Trainers, Centre/Branch Managers, Placement/Career Managers, Counsellors, and other center-based positions. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of at least 20 multi-location closures per month and be comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment with immediate joining availability.

In terms of experience and skills required, you should have 4-6 years of Talent Acquisition experience with a focus on volume hiring. You should possess a demonstrated ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and exhibit a strong execution mindset to effectively manage a distributed hiring engine.
