In this role, you will engage directly with residential customers to understand their needs, present communication and connectivity service options, and guide them through the full sales and enrollment process from initial contact through activation.
Essential Functions
- Engage with residential customers to identify needs and present communication and connectivity service options
- Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend appropriate service solutions aligned with customer lifestyle and usage
- Clearly communicate service features and benefits, including reliability and value-based package options
- Support customers through the full enrollment process to ensure a smooth and accurate experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using CRM systems
- Contribute to team objectives through consistent customer engagement and follow-up
- Represent the organization with professionalism and a customer-focused approach
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, retail, hospitality, or call centers is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and product information
