Oversee facility operations and ensure a safe environment as a Facilities Manager. Lead maintenance and improvement initiatives while supporting daily operations for staff, volunteers, and animal care activities. In this full-time role, you'll manage the planning and operation of facilities, focusing on continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing daily maintenance, ensuring reliable building systems, and developing preventative maintenance programs. You'll contribute to long-term planning and capital projects that directly improve facilities and animal care. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and maintenance of the facility
• Ensure mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are reliable
• Establish standard operating procedures for maintenance work
• Respond to and resolve facility issues promptly
• Lead development of the preventative maintenance program Requirements:
• Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in a supervisory facilities role
• Strong knowledge of building systems maintenance
• Proven project management experience required
