Product Copywriter

Copywriter / Content Writer

Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification: BA/MA in English (Hons.) or Journalism

We are looking for a detail-oriented Copywriter/Content Writer to develop high-quality product content for Wellwiz. This role is within the education and wellness industry and focuses on creating structured, user-centric content such as manuals, modules, articles, and FAQs for end-users. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in long-format writing and training content development, with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, actionable content

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop product-related content including user manuals, help guides, modules, and FAQs
• Create clear, structured, and easy-to-understand documentation for end-users
• Work closely with product, design, and subject matter experts to understand features and workflows
• Translate complex product functionalities into simple, user-friendly language
• Ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and content structure across all materials
• Review, edit, and proofread content to maintain high quality and accuracy

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in content writing with a focus on product or instructional content
• BA/MA in English (Hons.)
• Strong understanding of instructional writing and user-focused content
• Experience in EdTech and/or HealthTech industry preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create content for diverse user groups (not student-focused)
• Journalism background can be considered
• Book publishing or documentation experience is a plus
