Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and passionate trainers in Public Speaking and English Communication to work with students from Grades 3 to 8. This role involves delivering engaging, structured, and interactive sessions that build confidence and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online sessions in:
- Public Speaking
- English Communication
- Personality Development
- Creative Writing
- Engage students through interactive and activity-based learning methods
- Provide constructive feedback to support student growth
- Maintain a structured and outcome-driven learning environment
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching/training experience (mandatory)
- Certification or diploma in Public Speaking / English Communication (preferred)
Preferred Skills
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to engage and motivate young learners
- Creative and innovative teaching approach
- Strong classroom/session management skills in an online environment
Work Schedule (Flexible Structure)
Candidates can choose any two of the following options:
- Monday & Wednesday (Evenings)
- Tuesday & Thursday (Evenings)
- Saturday & Sunday (Mornings)
Commitment:
- 4 days per week
- 4 hours per day
- Minimum 16 hours per week
Compensation
- ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
- Equivalent to ₹450 – ₹500 per hour
