Position Overview

We are seeking experienced and passionate trainers in Public Speaking and English Communication to work with students from Grades 3 to 8. This role involves delivering engaging, structured, and interactive sessions that build confidence and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live online sessions in:
• Public Speaking
• English Communication
• Personality Development
• Creative Writing
• Engage students through interactive and activity-based learning methods
• Provide constructive feedback to support student growth
• Maintain a structured and outcome-driven learning environment

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching/training experience (mandatory)
• Certification or diploma in Public Speaking / English Communication (preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to engage and motivate young learners
• Creative and innovative teaching approach
• Strong classroom/session management skills in an online environment

Work Schedule (Flexible Structure)

Candidates can choose any two of the following options:

• Monday & Wednesday (Evenings)
• Tuesday & Thursday (Evenings)
• Saturday & Sunday (Mornings)

Commitment:

• 4 days per week
• 4 hours per day
• Minimum 16 hours per week

Compensation

• ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
• Equivalent to ₹450 – ₹500 per hour
