Role Overview

As a Broker Partnerships Associate, you will play a critical role in building and scaling broker network across Mumbai. This is a high-impact, on-ground role where you will drive partnerships, generate business, and contribute directly to market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Build the Network: Identify, onboard, and manage high-potential brokers to create a strong and scalable distribution network.
• Drive Revenue Growth: Generate high-intent buyer and seller leads through broker partnerships and contribute to market share growth.
• Strategic Initiatives: Design and execute broker engagement programs, incentives, and policies to make the preferred platform.
• Own Micro-Markets: Take ownership of specific territories, driving GTM strategy and expanding presence in assigned regions.
• Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to brokers, helping them grow using platform and tools.
• Scale Operations: Continuously optimize processes to improve efficiency and scale the partner ecosystem.
