• Bachelors degree in IT, B. Tech, BE, MCA, BSc, or related Information Systems.
• IT Certifications: CCNA and CCNP.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in network infrastructure and services.
• Expertise in Cisco switches and routers, Nexus switches, WAN optimizers, and SDN technologies.
• Strong knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and routing.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark and DNS tools.
• Experience with NMS tools like SolarWinds.
• Willingness to provide 24/7 support with a proactive and analytical mindset.

In addition to the mandatory qualifications, the following valuable-to-have skillsets are optional:

• Certifications in Cisco and Dell SDN technologies.
• Certifications in Network Automation tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and GitHub.
• Certifications in Cloud Networking (Azure, OCI) and Aruba Network Technologies.
